Elaine Chan, DPT, CTPS

Elaine is dedicated to advancing the rehabilitation and performance of tennis and pickleball athletes. Her journey began as a competitive high school tennis player, leading to her collegiate career at UC Irvine, where she competed in club sports and served as President of the UCI Tennis Club for two years. Elaine furthered her athletic achievements at Mt. San Antonio College, capturing the conference women’s doubles title.
While earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California, Elaine briefly stepped away from competitive play to focus on her studies. Upon graduation, she returned to the courts, competing in USTA leagues while building her career as a physical therapist in the South Bay. Today, Elaine continues to compete in USTA and Marine League tennis, as well as mixed doubles pickleball leagues. Her personal experience as an athlete complements her professional expertise, enabling her to empower fellow athletes to excel both on and off the court.
